“BSE and NSE publish 500+ announcements a day. Most are noise. Missing the one that matters to your portfolio is the real risk.”

Built for traders who track specific companies, not the whole market

Stock Watchlist

Alerts tied to your actual holdings

Add any NSE or BSE ticker. The moment that company files an announcement — earnings, dividend, AGM notice, scheme of arrangement — you get an email. No manual refreshing of the exchange website.

Keyword Watchlist

Track events, not just tickers

Set keywords like open offer, rights issue, or buyback. Any company announcing something matching your keywords triggers an alert. Useful for event-driven traders watching for specific corporate actions across the entire market.

Unique to us
Market Cap Filter

Cut the noise from sub-scale companies

Set a market cap range (min and max) on each keyword you track — any values you want, defined separately per keyword. For example, watch “buyback” only between ₹500 Cr and ₹50,000 Cr, and “open offer” only above ₹2,000 Cr with no upper bound. Without this, keyword alerts drown in irrelevant filings from obscure microcaps — or floods of large-cap noise.

NSE + BSE Coverage

Common questions

What kinds of announcements do you track?

All official NSE and BSE filings — quarterly results, dividends, bonus issues, rights issues, buybacks, stock splits, board meeting outcomes, AGM/EGM notices, scheme of arrangements, and regulatory disclosures.

What is a corporate action?

Any event decided by a company's board that directly affects shareholders — like paying a dividend, issuing bonus shares, splitting stock, or buying back shares. These events often move stock prices and are time-sensitive to act on.

How fast will I get the alert?

Currently within ~15 minutes of the filing appearing on the exchange. We're working to reduce this further.

What's the market cap filter?

Each keyword you track has its own market cap range — a minimum and an optional maximum, both set by you. So you could watch “buyback” only between ₹500 Cr and ₹50,000 Cr, and “merger” only above ₹2,000 Cr with no upper limit. Announcements from companies outside your range for that keyword don't get sent, keeping your inbox clean.

Is this really free?

Yes, during beta. Paid plans will be introduced later — early users will get preferential pricing.

Which exchanges are covered?

Both NSE (National Stock Exchange) and BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange).

How is this different from Tijori Alerts or BSE Alerts?

Tijori and BSE Alerts notify you about filings, but don't let you filter by market cap on keyword-based searches. You end up with a lot of noise from small companies. Our market cap filter solves this directly.
